This incident caused the partial shutdown of the CTA tunnel and the T3 parking area.

An additional two individuals have been arrested in connection with a robbery at London's Heathrow Airport in which 21 people sustained injuries by a substance believed to be an irritant spray, according to law enforcement.

A 24-year-old man, was taken into custody in Lambeth on suspicion of theft and assault and a woman, 23 was detained for suspected conspiracy to commit robbery. They both are still being held, the force said.

The arrests come after an investigation into an assault at the multi-storey car park at Terminal 3 this past Sunday. Before the attack, two women had stolen from them their suitcases after getting out of a parking garage elevator.

A three-year-old girl was one of the injured in the event. Five people were taken to the hospital for medical care and were later released.

Officers arrested a 31-year-old man on suspicion of theft and assault close to the location. He was subsequently released under investigation as the investigation proceeds.

Police were alerted at approximately 08:10 GMT after reports came in regarding a number of people hurt by an irritating chemical thought to be pepper spray.

The attack - which authorities stated was isolated and not considered terrorism - resulted in delays to rail services and the partial closure of the Central Terminal Area tunnel and the T3 parking facility briefly.
